Timothy Thrapp is an American inventor and religious minister known as the director and spokesman of WITTS Ministries (World Improvement Through The Spirit), an organization that claims to have developed and demonstrated a range of alternative-energy and "free energy" devices. He is most closely associated with the promotion of what the group calls "quantum energy" and "fuelless generator" technology.

Biography

Thrapp is the public representative of WITTS Ministries, a Christian ministry and self-described organization of engineers, scientists, and inventors. He states that he became interested in energy technology as a child and presents himself under the honorific "Sir Timothy Thrapp." He has spoken about the ministry and its stated goals in numerous audio and video interviews, including a series of "Quantum Energy" interviews and a September 2007 discussion recorded at the Water Fuel Museum.

Work

Thrapp and WITTS Ministries claim to possess and demonstrate technologies that produce usable electrical power without conventional fuel, which they describe as drawing energy from a "quantum field" or from "dominant" energy said to be present throughout the environment. The devices they promote include a so-called "Fuelless Generator" that, once started, is said to require no ongoing fuel input, along with various motors, lighting systems, and vehicles powered by the same claimed principles.

Through the ministry and its affiliated project Enlightened Technology, Thrapp has offered plans, classes, and demonstrations of these devices, and has stated an intention to bring such technology into mass production for home use. The devices and claims associated with WITTS Ministries have not been independently verified by mainstream scientific institutions, and overunity or "free energy" claims of this kind are not accepted by the established scientific community.
