Russell Bagdoo is a Canadian independent researcher based in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, Quebec, who works on theoretical physics and cosmology. He is known for developing what he calls the "Theory of Relation," an alternative cosmological model dealing with the relationship between matter, space, time and energy.

Bagdoo is an independent (unaffiliated) researcher living in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, Quebec, Canada. Working outside of academic institutions, he has published papers on cosmology and fundamental physics since at least 2008, distributing his work through preprint archives such as viXra and academia.edu as well as in the Journal of Modern Physics.

Scientific contributions

Bagdoo is the author of the "Theory of Relation," which he presents as an alternative to the inflationary model of cosmology. In this framework, matter, space and time are treated as mathematically connected, and gravitation and electromagnetism are described as two manifestations of a single underlying process he terms "electro-gravitation." Cosmological time is treated as a real physical entity and incorporated into a "cosmological equation" addressing the origin of matter, its mass, and the flow of time. He has also applied the theory to topics such as the origin of matter, the Pioneer anomaly, the Allais effect, and dark matter.
