John Theodore Dotzler (February 12, 1944 – February 22, 2020) was an American independent researcher based in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Dotzler was born on February 12, 1944, in Brooklyn, New York. He later settled in Las Cruces, New Mexico, where he lived with his family. He died in Las Cruces on February 22, 2020, at the age of 76.
