Ideas
In "Energy and a Unified Field Theory" (dated 1999), Schneider proposes that gravity, and perhaps all energy, is the result of a force — which he calls a "gravitron" — moving at great speed through all of space and matter. He argues that this force provides the medium for light, gravity, heat and electromagnetism, and that gravitation arises from a pressure differential produced as the force passes between atoms, by analogy with air flowing through an orifice. The proposal is a speculative unified-field mechanism that lies outside the framework of accepted physics.
