David A. Smith (also known online as "Dave Smith") is an advocate of plasma cosmology and the Electric Universe, and the creator of the website PlasmaResources.com. He is listed in The Worldwide List of Dissident Scientists. He is listed as a member of the John Chappell Natural Philosophy Society (formerly the Natural Philosophy Alliance).
Ideas
Smith's website PlasmaResources.com describes itself as a curated directory of links for exploring plasma cosmology and the Electric Universe. He argues that electricity and electromagnetic forces play a major role throughout the cosmos, and is critical of mainstream cosmology's reliance on gravity and of concepts such as dark matter and dark energy.
