A newsletter devoted to over-unity devices printing four pages naming a convicted fraudster, quoting his victims' losses, and reproducing an engineer's cost calculation showing that a specific offer cannot work, is not behaving like a movement immune to evidence. Fox's own "95% scams" estimate is a remarkably candid number to publish in a fundraising context.
