Matter Unified is a book by the Swedish researcher Ove Tedenstig, setting out his unified theory of matter (also published in Swedish as Förenad materia).

Overview

Tedenstig attempts to derive most of the fundamental laws of physics from a small set of starting points: Newton's second law, hydromechanical (fluid) laws, and hypothetical assumptions about the properties of the vacuum. From these he builds a "unified" account of matter and forces, offered as a response to what he regards as modern physics' failure to resolve the conceptual crisis begun by relativity and quantum mechanics. A companion collection, Myter och Lögner i Fysiken ("Myths and Lies in Physics"), was developed alongside it.

About the author

Ove Tedenstig is a Swedish engineer and independent researcher, associated with the Swedish Association for New Physics, who has written extensively on a unified, mechanical foundation for physics.
