"Catt Question Letter" is a document published by Harry Hamlin Ricker on 3 July 2019 on Beyond Mainstream.

Ricker drafted the letter as a courtesy to Ivor Catt, who wished to reply to a 2013 paper in the IOP journal Physics Education by Massimiliano Pieraccini and Stefano Selleri. Cosigned by five other scientists, it argues that the paper misrepresents the Catt Question as an apparent paradox, fails to explain the essential issues behind it, and is not adequate guidance for physics teachers. The journal rejected the letter, and it appears here instead.
