Abstract

A substantive nature of time may be revealed in physical and dynamical properties of stellar systems. Some qualitative features of galaxy groups and clusters in the presence of quasars and active galactic nuclei are predicted from the Kozyrev's causal mechanics. These predicted features do not contradict observed data. The selection effects and traditional interpretations of observations are also discussed here.
