Walter Howland Folger is an American physician and anesthesiologist based in Albany, New York. He is an associate professor of anesthesiology at Albany Medical College, and is known for his interest in the relationship between fascia and water in the human body.
Biography
Folger earned his medical degree (M.D.) from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Medicine in 1984. He completed his residency training in anesthesiology at the University of Florida from 1984 to 1987. He is certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology.
Folger has practiced anesthesiology for several decades and holds an appointment as associate professor of anesthesiology at Albany Medical College in Albany, New York.
