"As an undergraduate at Ohio State, Kizer's most singular honor was being selected to appear on General Electric College Bowl. He now does psychological consulting, specializing in individuals with high-level intellectual ability, and economic consulting. "The West Virginia Academy of Science published Kizer's most important paper, a refutation of all electro-dynamical and gravitational theories. A new theory of cellular regulation was published in New Scientist. Other articles have appeared in the Freeman and elsewhere. He won second place in the associations's 1974 essay competition. His research is now in physics, mathematics, and economics." - [/php2/index.php?tab0=Books&tab1=Display&id=851 Gravitation Based on Dynamic Pushing Converging Stellar Radiations and Reactions Verifying Conservation Laws], p. 32.
"On GE College Bowl from Ohio State, 1967. NSF fellow, 1970. Invited speaker on energy topics. Published aritcle in Freeman on energy alternatives. Carefully-referred paper on relativity contradictions published by West Virginia Academy of Science. Theory of biological regulation published in New Scientist. New theory of psychiatric diagnosis forthcoming in Reason. Many other articles published including forthcoming article in Freemna. Twice previously among APGR winners." - [/php2/index.php?tab0=Books&tab1=Display&id=851 Gravitation Based on Dynamic Pushing Converging Stellar Radiations and Reactions Verifying Conservation Laws], p. 43.
