Abstract
This paper defines the Constant Unilateral Action of the Zeitgeist, the Strong Electromagnetic Force of Psychogenesis teleologically defining the simultaneously relative duration of the direct conversion of the equivalent kinetic energy of the electromagnetic energy induced to the equivalent kinetic energy of the electromagnetic energy generated in an absolute and independent (homogeneous) space and time conserving the fourth dimensional structural evolutionary mechanical stability of a general unified field system in each of the perfect cycles in the creative psychogeneric classsical and quantum mechanical evolution of a general high energy unified field system.
