A Senior Member or IEEE, Ricardo A. Achilles and colleagues were recognized in 2004 for their investigation of, and experiments on, unipolar electromagnetic induction. Their work was done in conjunction with Confluencia Technical University and the J. Palacios Foundation, both in Neuquen, Argentina.
