Bruce Meland is an American electric vehicle advocate, publisher, and builder who founded the electric vehicle publication Electrifying Times in 1993. He is known as an award-winning and record-breaking electric motorcycle builder, and he owns and operates a wildlife preserve in Silverton, Oregon.
Biography
Meland is based in Bend, Oregon. In 1993 he established Electrifying Times, an early publication dedicated to electric and alternative-fuel vehicles, and served as its publisher and editor in chief. Alongside his publishing activities, he owns and operates a wildlife preserve in Silverton, Oregon.
