I graduated in physics quite some time ago. I love physics and science - but I knew that most of the leading ideas that I was taught about relativity, quantum mechanics, and such as that were off base. As other theories such as the "big bang" became widely accepted, I also knew that they were incorrect as well. I have worked in applied physics (engineering) most of my career and have loved it thoroughly, and I have totally enjoyed the broad range of areas that I have been able to work in because of my physics background.  In all that I have done or explored, I have never found Nature, or Reality (as I prefer to call it), to ultimately be counter-intuitive, irrational, or inconsistent in any way whatsoever. That is not to say that I have not encountered a wide range of situations where it may not have seemed so initially - for I have. However, once the full situation was figured out and the truth properly understood, Reality has ALWAYS proven to be reasonable and fully understandable. The real trick is figuring out what that truth really is.

Initially, I was just frustrated with the situation and the many errors that abounded in physics and science, but even though I knew that the commonly accepted ideas and concepts were wrong, I didn't have any real clue as to what the truth was either. So, I had no idea of what to do. Then one day I realized that if I didn't have any better ideas to offer, I really didn't have any reason or excuse to complain either. With that realization,I set out on an earnest quest to see if I could somehow figure out what was really going on out in Reality. That was decades ago.

As I started out, I kept returning to the mathematics that we have been able to verify - just as I had been so very carefully taught to do. And, as a result, I just kept running into dead ends. It took me some time to come to the harsh realization that while the math might provide some very useful clues, and also provides some excellent tools for verification and quantification, it is not the right tool for what needs to be done. I certainly could not go into all of the details here, but over time I found that my most useful tool was what I have somewhat recently come to call phenomenoscience. It is a whole combination of approaches and techniques that I was able to hone to a great degree over the years, and that has served me particularly well in many of the engineering and related tasks that I have taken on over the years. I also feel that it has led me much closer to the truth.
Bon graduated in physics and worked in applied physics and engineering for most of a professional career. According to Bon's own account, this work spanned a broad range of technical areas made accessible by a physics background. Over the same period, Bon became convinced that a number of widely accepted ideas in physics, including [[relativity]], [[quantum mechanics]], and [[big bang]] [[cosmology]], were mistaken, and undertook an independent effort to develop an alternative understanding of the physical world, a project Bon describes as spanning several decades.


It has been a very bumpy road, with a lot of missteps and blind alleys, but it has slowly developed into a rather comprehensive, rational, and enlightening picture that I have been striving to make available over the past few years. Ultimately, some of the most crucial keys of understanding involved some of the most basic concepts in classical physics. I finally wrote a 400 page book and made it available for download on the web for free to anyone who might be interested.
