Zeng Qingping, Professor in Air Force Radar Academy of the PLA, born in Yuechi County, Guang'an City, Sichuan province, achieved college education in University of Electronics and Technology of China during 1979 to 1983.  By the enlightenments from physical teacher in college and inspirations of schoolmates in China's Science's Spring period, doubt was engendered on the relative theory, then in 1998 mistake origins had been studied and some papers questioned on the Maxwell Curl Field Theory were gradually published, However, the scattered articles out of context can not convey the value of science. This book is for readers' full understanding to mistake origin of Maxwell Curl Field Theory as well as mistakes from relative theory and gives answers of light velocity measurement dispute, electromagnetic induction dispute and time-space dispute. The idea and thought, formed before 2000 year, in this book are interpreted in detail. The book publication was delayed for some reasons, and had been revising and prepared in past two years, in November, 2007. It was evaluated by Science Press and then evaluated by National Science and Technology Academic Publishing Foundation. Delayed for more than one year, the book has finally been published. The book is just for the readers with interacts. I am eager for the large number of readers to spare some time to read the book. All reader will be persuaded and establish deep belief in the idea and thought in this book.
