Abstract

In 1985, Schlecht conducted an experiment with an energy beam at the University Karlsruhe, Germany. The beam spread out with a form, a color temperature, a spark gap arc, Coulomb forces, and induction properties unlike those of typical ion beams. He calculated the power required to lift talcum powder to be in excess of the capability of available resources.
