Donald R. Conant is a researcher and author known for his book Unified Quantum Field Theory, an independent attempt to formulate a unified account of quantum fields. He is listed in The Worldwide List of Dissident Scientists.
Work
Conant is the author of Unified Quantum Field Theory (Los Alamos Consultants, 1978), a 214-page volume proposing his own framework for unifying quantum fields, published outside the mainstream peer-reviewed literature. He also authored Synergy and Artificial Intelligence. His work is associated with the Los Alamos, New Mexico area. His unifying framework lies outside the accepted formulations of quantum field theory and has not been adopted by the physics mainstream.
