Work
Working extensively in collaboration with Vladimir I. Vysotskii, Kornilova reports the experimental observation of accelerated transmutation of stable isotopes and the deactivation of radioactive isotopes within growing microbiological cultures. Their reported results include the deactivation of caesium-137 and transmutation reactions in biological systems, which they interpret as evidence of controlled nuclear processes stimulated by biological metabolism.
Kornilova and Vysotskii co-authored the book Nuclear Transmutation of Stable and Radioactive Isotopes in Biological Systems and have presented their findings at conferences on cold fusion and LENR. The claim that biological cultures can induce nuclear transmutation lies outside the scientific mainstream, which regards such reactions as requiring conditions not present in living systems.
