Abstract

The law of conservation of angular momentum, which controls Planck's constant, plays a fundamental role in the formation of the structure of the electrons, atoms, and molecules is demonstrated. This law changes the gravitational acceleration of rotating gyroscopes, as well as having more pervasive effects.
