Les Adam founded AZ Magnets aka AZ Industries, producer of custom neodymium permanent magnets, and AZ Printing Company, publisher of the magazine, Magnets in your Future.  As editor of this excellent newsletter on magnet applications and alternative energy and as the founder of The Meeting of the Mines, Les was a leading promoter of new energy.
