Abstract
Classic Mechanics does not provide explanation for certain lifting and/or lowering effects observed in spinning gyroscopes. A possible interpretation might rely upon the hypothesis of velocity/acceleration fields associated with vortices of cosmic plenum and relevant velocity circulations.
