A setup has been devised to measure the effect of Kozyrev's interaction of natural geophysical and solar processes, treated as macroscopic non-locality. The detectors used in the setup have efficiency three orders of magnitude better than ones used before. Exhaustive steps have been taken to control noise-forming factors and protect the detectors against them. As a result, effects of non-social influences of several large-scale processes related with weather changes, geomagnetic variations, ionospheric and solar activity have been reliably detected.
