Abstract

In search of an experiment that would definitively confirm or deny the existence of forces arising from the vacuum, Robert L. Forward conducted an investigation for the US Air Force. Finding all proposed experiments to be inconclusive or technologically infeasible, Forward summarized the assets of the experiments promising to be most informative.
