Abstract
NASA and 500 years of modern and Nobel physicst and astronomers use the celstial sphere and the celestial sphere gives Troposheric reading and everything measured is tilted 23.44 degress and 90 - 23.44 degress gives Einstein's relativity theory numbers and 500 years of wrong modern and Nobel astronomy. This is another method to prove NASA celestial sphere is a crystal ball
