Viktor Moroz was born in Ukraine, emigrated to the USA in 1996, and became a US citizen in 2003. In Ukraine he worked for V.M. Glushkov Institute of Cybernetics of National Academy of Ukraine and I. M. Frantsevich Institute for Problems of Materials Science of National Academy of Ukraine, as a senior scientist and small group leader in the computerization of technology and scientific researches. In the USA he has worked as a C/C++ programmer.
