David Howells (born 31 March 1945) is a British researcher based in Swansea, Wales, with a background in industrial chemistry and a long-standing personal interest in science and philosophy.
Biography
Howells became a Licentiate of the Royal Institute of Chemistry in 1969. He subsequently spent several years in industrial research, working in particular on the vacuum deposition of high molecular weight polymers.
