Talbot Chubb is a PhD physicist consultant, specializing in new energy technologies. He is retired from the Naval Reseach Laboratory, where he worked for 30+ years. He is a Fellow of the American Physical Society, and a Member of the American Astronomical Society, the American Geophysical Union, and the Amercian Solar Energy Society. He was awarded the NAVY Distinguished Civilian Service Award for his work at the Naval Reserach Laboratory.
