			From this framework Guglinski has published calculations of nuclear magnetic moments, spins and electric quadrupole moments for light nuclei, and has applied the model to LENR devices such as the E-Cat. He set out an updated version of the model in his 2024 book ''New Nuclear Physics''.

			These proposals are not accepted within mainstream physics, and Quantum Ring Theory has not been adopted by the established scientific community.
