Create hand-maintained registry of article source sites (Phase 1)

This page lists the websites the wiki gathers [[:Category:Article|articles]] from. Unlike
[[Article Index]], '''this page is maintained by hand''' — the import scripts read it,
they do not write it. To add a source, add a row.

For each site the importer collects the title, author, date and a link, writes a short
original summary, and creates a wiki page. Full article text is never copied.

A caution worth remembering: dissident-science sites go dark and their domains get resold, which is why every article page here records an archived copy alongside the live link.
