==Abstract==

Is the Gravitomagnetism (Gyrotation Theory) contradicting the Relativity Theory ? The Gyro-gravitation Theory describes the motion of masses in steady systems; the Relativity Theory describes how a steady observer sees light coming from a moving object assuming that only the (Relativistic) Gravitation Theory has to be taken in account. Both theories have got their application domain and their limitations.<br />
