==Abstract==

A<sup><span style="FONT-SIZE: x-small">&nbsp;</span></sup>theory of elementary particle structure is presented that has been<sup><span style="FONT-SIZE: x-small">&nbsp;</span></sup>built around a physical model analogous to the Bohr-Sommerfeld atomic<sup><span style="FONT-SIZE: x-small">&nbsp;</span></sup>model. The first installment of the theory has been published<sup><span style="FONT-SIZE: x-small">&nbsp;</span></sup>in a previous paper [L. Bess and L. Chandler, Prog.<sup><span style="FONT-SIZE: x-small">&nbsp;</span></sup>Theor. Phys. <b>46</b>, 235(1971)]. In the present work, the theory<sup><span style="FONT-SIZE: x-small">&nbsp;</span></sup>is extended to deal with all the known half-spin particles.<sup><span style="FONT-SIZE: x-small">&nbsp;</span></sup>The main new result of the extended theory is the<sup><span style="FONT-SIZE: x-small">&nbsp;</span></sup>calculation of seven associated physical parameters that compare well with<sup><span style="FONT-SIZE: x-small">&nbsp;</span></sup>their experimentally measured counterparts. These include the neutron magnetic moment<sup><span style="FONT-SIZE: x-small">&nbsp;</span></sup>and the masses of the six heaviest baryons.
