==Abstract==

<div style="text-align: justify;">Classic Mechanics does not provide explanation for certain lifting and/or lowering effects observed in spinning gyroscopes. A possible interpretation might rely upon the hypothesis of velocity/acceleration fields associated with vortices of cosmic <span style="font-style: italic;">plenum</span> and relevant <span style="font-style: italic;">velocity circulations.</span> In an analogy, the magnetic field created by a coil conducting continuous electrical current might also be viewed as a special gyroscopic behavior of the <span style="font-style: italic;">plenum</span> involved.  </div>
